ABOUT OUR POLICIES

All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Please consult your stylist with further questions.

All services color services booked in house require a 25% deposit, as well as all online color appointments will require a 25% booking deposit at the time of scheduling.

​

PLEASE NOTE:  NUMBER OF SESSIONS NEEDED MAY VARY TO ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS.

Your stylist will discuss this with you prior to your appointment and will document your agreement that you understand the possibility of not leaving with your end goal in one sitting. We, as artists, are only limited by the canvas you bring us. We will not compromise the integrity of your hair to achieve your desired result.

ABOUT CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

ALL SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS MUST BE PERFORMED WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF INITIAL APPOINTMENT OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY BE APPLIED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment.

 

Late cancellations or no shows will be subject to a fee of 50%-100% of the full booked service and forfeiture of deposit.

​

All guests who “no call/no show” to any appointment will be required to leave a 75% deposit for their next future service. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 48-hour time frame.

​

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside of the 48 period, online deposits will be refunded within 5-10 business days.  In house deposits can be kept to apply to future appointments for refunded.

​

If your requested stylist becomes ill or injured, we will call to let you know as soon as possible. We will try our hardest to accommodate you same day with a different stylist or to get you rescheduled with your desired stylist.

Refund Requests are at management’s discretion and issued accordingly.

​

Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at Artistry Hair Company discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments. Please be courteous and call us to let us know if you will be running late for your appointment so we may make adjustments to our schedule as needed.
